The country is entering a historic transformation: a revolutionary restructuring of provincial-level administrative units, reorganization of commune-level administrative units, and consolidation of local governments into a two-tier model. This strategic political reform demonstrates the Party’s capacity for innovation, the decisive action of the Government, the strategic vision of the National Assembly, and the collective aspiration of the Vietnamese people to rise and thrive. It marks a critical turning point in building a streamlined, modern administrative system that is capable, forward-looking, and ready to seize opportunities in a new era.
The Lao Cai province is established through the merger of Yen Bai and Lao Cai provinces. This reunification marks the beginning of a new journey, sustainable and far-reaching toward building a land that celebrates the cultural identity of its diverse ethnic groups and carries within it a persistent aspiration for progress. From this point forward, the Party organization, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province will continue to write a new chapter in history, on a larger scale and with greater ambition.
This is also the moment for the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee to join hands with the entire Party and people to act for national interests for a Vietnam that is more streamlined, stronger, and more prosperous in the 21st century.
With a renewed spirit and momentum of the era, on the path chosen by the Party and beloved President Ho Chi Minh, and with boundless pride and gratitude toward him, in front of his sacred memory, the Party organization, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Lao Cai province solemnly pledge lifelong loyalty to the Party and to Marxism-Leninism; to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and noble style. The entire Party organization is determined to accelerate, break through, and achieve the targets and tasks set by the 13th National Party Congress and the Party congresses at all levels. United in determination, creativity, and bold action, we will make every effort to implement comprehensive and effective socio-economic development solutions, confidently advancing with the nation into an era of prosperity, civilization, and happiness.
